Refund Policy

Credits you add to your wallet through Buy Credits are intended for use across TeachX's tools - question papers, notes, presentations, plagiarism checks, and the rest. Once a top-up is added to your wallet, it's available immediately for use.

If a generation fails due to a system error on our side - the job doesn't complete and no usable output is produced - the credits spent on that attempt are reversed back to your wallet automatically. You don't need to request anything for this case.

Credits spent on a generation that completed successfully aren't refundable, even if you're unhappy with the result - AI-generated content can vary, and we encourage reviewing and regenerating within your existing balance rather than treating any single generation as final.

Institutes on pooled, centrally-billed plans should contact us directly about refund or adjustment requests for their billing cycle.
